Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of iHoro: the ihoro.net website, the @iHorosbot bot and the Telegram app. By using the service you accept them and the Privacy Policy.

What the service is

iHoro builds a natal chart from your date, time and place of birth and writes interpretations, forecasts for a day, week or month, readings and pair compatibility. Planetary positions are calculated from NASA JPL astronomical ephemerides. This does not mean NASA endorses the service or astrology.

This is not advice

Planetary positions are an astronomical calculation, while the interpretation is a symbolic astrological tradition: its predictive power has not been scientifically proven. Use the forecasts as a prompt to think about yourself and your day. Interpretations, readings and forecasts are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and guarantee no outcome. You make your own decisions about health, money, relationships and work. Texts are prepared with the help of language models and may contain inaccuracies.

Who may use it

People aged 16 and over. You are responsible for the data you enter: do not enter someone else's data without their knowledge, and do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Free and paid

  • Free: natal chart, compatibility, the sky of the day, the daily "today · general" forecast, your first chart reading, and a limited number of free tries of other forecasts (shown in the app).
  • Premium — a Telegram Stars subscription for 30 days, renewing automatically: forecasts for all spheres and periods, voice forecasts within daily limits.
  • One-time purchases: a chart reading, a compatibility reading, Premium and VIP gift cards, VIP access.
  • Current prices are always shown in the bot or app before you pay. They may change, but the price of something you have already paid for does not.

Payment and cancelling

Payment is made in Telegram with Stars; Telegram charges them under its own rules. You turn off Premium auto-renewal with the button in the bot @iHorosbot or in Telegram settings (Subscriptions), and can turn it back on the same way. Access continues until the end of the paid period; a period already paid for is not refunded.

Refunds of Stars

  • If a reading could not be prepared, your Stars are refunded automatically and your free try is returned to your account.
  • If something went wrong (a payment went through but the service did not arrive, a double charge), write to us: the bot @iHorosbot → "Help" → "Write to the care team", or use /paysupport. We will review the request and refund the Stars where justified.
  • A reading that has been delivered to you and read is not refunded. This does not limit consumer rights granted by law.

Gift cards

A card (Premium or VIP) is paid for once and contains a code that can be activated once in the app or the bot (/gift). After activation it lasts 30 days. A code works like cash: whoever redeems it receives it; lost codes or codes sent to the wrong person are not restored. A card cannot be exchanged for money.

Rules of use

Do not: bypass limits or payment, look for vulnerabilities, overload the service with automated requests, collect other users' data, enter offensive or knowingly false names, or republish the service's content as your own. For violations we may restrict access.

Intellectual property

The design, texts and code of iHoro belong to us or are used under licence. You may keep your own readings and show them to people close to you for personal use.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". Interruptions and errors are possible; we try to keep them to a minimum but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of readings, nor for indirect losses or lost profit, unless the law provides otherwise. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the new version takes effect once published on this page, and we will announce significant changes in the bot. If you do not agree, stop using the service. The relationship is governed by the law of Ukraine, except where mandatory rules of the country where you live provide otherwise.
